# Creator Operator Dashboard Lite

A simple Notion workspace for keeping your brand partners, contacts, audits, and follow-ups in one calm place.

## How to set it up in Notion (about 5 minutes)

1. Open Notion and create a new page. Name it **Creator Operator Dashboard Lite**.
2. On that page, type `/import` and choose **CSV**.
3. Upload the five CSV files from this folder, one at a time:
   - `Brands & Partners.csv`
   - `Social Contacts.csv`
   - `Audits.csv`
   - `Follow-Up Tasks.csv`
   - `Sales Stages.csv`
4. Each file becomes its own database. Notion imports every column as text, so set the column types once:
   - **Stage**, **Type**, **Platform**, **Priority**, **Status**, **Relationship** → *Select*
   - **Follow-Up Date**, **Last Contact**, **Due Date**, **Date** → *Date*
   - **Estimated Value (EUR)** → *Number* (format: Euro)
   - **Contact Email**, **Email** → *Email*
5. Delete the example rows once your own are in. They are only there to show the shape.

## The sales stages

Cold → Contacted → Warm → Discovery Call Booked → Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Won → Lost → Nurture

Set these as the *Select* options on the **Stage** column in **Brands & Partners**, then switch that database to a **Board** view grouped by Stage. That single view is your pipeline.

## Two views worth adding

- **Follow-ups due** — in *Follow-Up Tasks*, filter Status is not Done and Due Date is on or before today.
- **Active conversations** — in *Brands & Partners*, filter Stage is Warm, Discovery Call Booked, Proposal Sent, or Negotiation.

## A simple weekly routine

- **Monday:** open Follow-ups due and clear it.
- **Midweek:** move anything that changed to its new stage.
- **Friday:** add one new brand or contact to Cold.

## What this is

An organization tool. It keeps opportunities from getting lost. It does not promise partnerships, income, or follower growth.

If you outgrow it, Creator Partner Tracker Pro adds pipeline history, follower tracking, opportunity priority, estimated value, and reusable templates.
